UZAIR QARNI
CEO
Uzair Qarni earned a bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. After working briefly in strategy consulting, he started teaching online classes which eventually scaled to 30 countries and over 100 subjects. In 2016, Uzair moved to Pakistan where he joined Akhuwat as the Director of Academics, improving matriculation pass rates from 19% to 76% and staff attendance from 40% to 90% in 2 years. He has also worked globally as an online course consultant for a variety of organizations.
Recognizing the imminent future of a fully online Pakistan, Uzair founded Nativ Learning in 2019 to create online courses in native languages. Since founding, Nativ has created multiple online courses delivered in the languages of Pakistan, worked with some of the largest organizations in the country to create online educational content such as the Government of Punjab, Al Karam Textile, LUMS, and Rozee.pk, and continues to provide translation and voice-over services to the Pakistani community. Nativ Learning has won various awards for its ground-breaking work from organizations such as NIC, Reckitt Benckiser, and most importantly being accepted into the 9th incubation batch of The Nest I/O.
In his spare time, Uzair enjoys surfing, skateboarding, chess, slacklining, freestyle rapping, table tennis, and reading science fiction. Find him at The Nest I/O or on LinkedIn.
AREESHA BUKHARI
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Areesha has a bachelors in mechanical engineering from NUST. Prior to working at Nativ, Areesha worked in branding for the British Council, and served as a design consultant for DNA Design. At Nativ since founding,
Areesha has been instrumental in developing the instructional design process with our partners. On the ground, Areesha is a generalist and leads Nativ Learning in project management, script review, graphic design, animation, editing, translation coordination, and more. Areesha is an avid learner in the field of linguistics.
In her spare time enjoys reading, freestyle dancing, and questioning the system.
DANISH KHAN
CREATIVE ANALYST
Danish is currently pursuing bachelor's in Information Technology. Early in his carrier he has worked with Karachi.AI and taught Computer Science at The City School of Excellence. He designs, creates and publish content for social media and website, also make sure everything that goes out is entertaining and impactful. Also helps curriculum designers with design thinking process, script writing and screenplay.
A part from that he looks after the cinematography and photography, from set design to filming online courses in different languages with multi-cameras, different lights and green screen.
In his spare time, he makes YouTube videos, so you can find him on YouTube.

Jasir is a passionate content creator at the core, with a fierce independent streak. Over the course of his career he has amassed a wide range of skills by working on various projects in fields of interest.
10 years work experience in a wide range of media fields including
NGO E-learning project development, feature films, documentaries, corporate films, music videos, music production, sound design.

Abid grew up watching shows like Macgyver and Automan, hence spent most of his childhood assuming nothing is impossible. Part of his daily ambitions now is to make the impossible happen. With a decade’s worth of experience dealing with impossible project deadlines, he has a soft spot for efficiency.
Prior to Nativ Learning, his involvement at SOC films, Cinematech, and Gali Films allowed him to better grasp the ins and outs of post-production management during volatile times.
